Included are all manuals (Tutorial, Reference, and Developer's Guide) as well as the O'Reilly book "REALBasic: The Definitive Guide". Included is the v2.1 original CD as well as a CD with the 3.5.2 update (all variants included!).
I have also contacted REALBasic to get the details of what they require for a license transfer (allowed by their license) and will formally transfer the license to you with them. Should get you a reduced price for upgrades should you want any.
